The Busy Bear Company was born from a journey of love, family, and a desire to make life easier for both families and housemaids.
After relocating across Europe multiple times and training housemaids along the way, I dreamed of creating something bigger—a place where trust, care, and opportunity come together. It took over a year to shape this vision, ensuring it would truly make a difference.
With a background in banking and FX, I was used to precision, quick decisions, and training. But more importantly, as a wife and mother, I understood the challenges of finding and training housemaids who could genuinely support a home. I also met many wonderful women who wanted to work as housemaids but lacked professional training.
That was my aha! moment.
I saw a gap I could bridge—with knowledge, guidance, and technology. So, I created something special: a unique training course that teaches housemaids not just about cleaning but about respect, childcare, pet care, household dynamics, and the little details that turn a house into a home.
AI wanted families to have access to well-trained housemaids and for housemaids to feel valued, confident, and proud of their work. This isn’t just a service—it’s an opportunity to create happy homes and empower hardworking women.
The Busy Bear Company was built with love, passion, and purpose. It wouldn’t have been possible without my incredible husband and wonderful son, who have given me the courage and inspiration to bring this dream to life.
